We are based in near Runcorn in the NorthWest of England. We often see clients who live some considerable distance away, or even abroad. In some cases, where there is already existing diagnostic information and a client is interested in our Specialist knowledge and experience to provide advice, it can be appropriate to set up a teleconsultation via Zoom. Please note a referral would still be required to book a teleconsultation. Once we have received the referral from your vet, our client services team will be on hand to set this up for you.
Teleconsultations are charged at our standard consultation rate.
