Kerry has a strong foundation in commercial and financial principles. Her early career included technical and customer service roles within the construction and health & safety sectors, where she developed a practical understanding of operational support and client engagement.
In 2015, she decided it was time for a change of direction, so when the opportunity arose to combine her love of animals with her passion for operational excellence, she joined the support team in a local veterinary practice.
Kerry is now managing the non-clinical functions at our midlands referral hospital where she is committed to supporting seamless service delivery and enhancing the overall experience for both clients and patients.
