Rob Peace RVN CVLM Bio

Rob began his career in veterinary practice in 2004 at just 16 years old, following a successful school work experience placement that sparked his lifelong passion for animal care. Early on, he discovered a deep interest in anaesthesia, surgery, and diagnostic imaging—areas that quickly became his professional focus.

However, it was his personal experience with poor health in his mid-20s that deepened his empathy and understanding of the care that patients truly need and deserve. Witnessing both the triumphs and shortcomings in veterinary and human healthcare, Rob developed a strong commitment to safeguarding patients while delivering clinical excellence. Whether through hands-on care or by building robust practice structures, his goal has always been to eliminate distractions and empower teams to provide the highest standard of care.

Today, Rob is dedicated to fostering a culture where veterinary professionals thrive—fuelled by passion, supported with autonomy and flexibility, and backed by the resources they need. At Movement, his focus is on leading the Nurse Team to become the most clinically excellent and respected group in their field, ensuring every patient receives the care they deserve.
